About this project
A gratitude for wellbeing course delivered in person with a trained facilitator and a bespoke guided gratitude journal for participants.
Benefits
Regular gratitude practice is associated with a range of wellbeing benefits, including clearer thinking, reduced stress, stronger relationships, and greater resilience when facing everyday challenges.
The format
Every participant received a bespoke guided gratitude journal to keep, so the practice could carry on between sessions and after the six-week course ended.
